This softened her response. If she didn't say that piece, I'd have concerns.
Having said that, I can understand why people see her "well, actually" tone as unnecessary. She could have just ignored the tweet. People mention/at (@) celebrities on social media 24/7 and they can't respond to everyone, anyway.

On top of that, it was condescending as fuck for no reason. "Long straight/wavy hair n similar skin tone doesn't mean u look like someone." Word? You lecturing on how to identify similar faces now? Could've easily said "We do both have brown skin and wavy hair, but I don't see much of a resemblance." Taking the time to not be condescending was too much tho. There all her followers are dragging this younger black woman, and she couldn't step in and say "whoa yall, I wasn't trying to be mean, yall are taking it too far." Plus the girl didn't even say she looked like her, she just said she gets told that a lot. Now Rozanda's lil followers are goin in on the girl and celeb worshiping to the point that the girl felt the need to respond and reiterate that she didn't say SHE said it. This is a big flashing signal of the kind of person Chilli is imo.
And looking thru the girl's pics and vids, I totally see why people would tell her that... especially if they see her from the right angle.

It’s toward ‘people.’ The people who keep telling the girl she looks like Chilli. Same people who say any skinny brown girl with wavy hair look like Chilli. Just like every fat black woman is Octavia Spencer or Jill Scott. She’s shitting on people’s lazy comparisons.
