they have at least helped me fall asleep and feel refreshed in the morning.

I couldn't be hypnotized which caused a bit of frustration for the person who was trying to do it. I think it was because I just could not relax enough.

Where you're supposed to be in a low state of hypnosis. It didn't work for me, but it could've been the stress at the time too
