i guess its prohibited in the torah to eat insects. i saw that wording on some packaging were working on and googled it. i guess the FDA doesnt really have strict restrictions on making sure there are no insects in veggies and fruit.

THIS.

I used to wash ‘em like regular veggies by rinsing in a draining bowl, but now I pat ‘em with a wet cloth.

I also just learned broccoli and Brussels sprouts should be soaked in a water to help loosen any debris. I was just rinsing them. Oops.
