The eclairs at La Bicyclette in Rio are orgasmic, one time my girlfriend and I literally wrestled over one (and she went kinda hard lol). Le Cocotte in Cali got a chocolate lava cake that will make you believe in Jesus. Pellegrin in Montevideo has so many great things, little opera house style shit with all sorts of rich textures and delectable flavors.
