A Tennessee man is facing charges for a crime that’s really nuts: dipping his testicles into some salsa being delivered to a customer in Maryville.

Howard Matthew Webb was arrested by Maryville police on Feb. 22 for the alleged Jan. 12 incident.

Investigators said that Webb, 31, was a passenger in the vehicle, which was delivering food for Dinner Delivered, and that he allegedly put his testicles into a cup of salsa, according to WBIR TV.

A video posted to social media reportedly showed Webb reaching for the salsa cup while the driver of the vehicle said, “This is what you get when you give an 89-cents tip for an almost 30-minute drive.” Webb can be heard saying, ‘Oh, oh, it feels good,’” according to an arrest warrant obtained by the Knoxville News Sentinel.

Webb was charged with “adulteration of food, liquids, or pharmaceuticals,” the Blount County Daily Times reported. If convicted, he faces up to 15 years in prison and a fine of up to $10,000.

For now, Webb remains behind bars in lieu of a $45,000 bond and is due in court on March 12.

Dinner Delivered said it has fired the driver, who has not been charged. The food service company also said that it forwarded information about her to authorities, according to the Associated Press.

The guy was legit nuts. He was about a 35-year old white guy who was clean-cut except for FOUR lifelike portrait-style tattoos of the same pop singer he was obsessed with. And those were his only tattoos. :-/

He told us he once went to see this pop singer's concert, and paid like 2k for two front row tickets, had no girlfriend or companion to go with so he took an ESCORT. I don't even think he banged her.

He also had a gambling problem, but was otherwise extremely cheap. He would scrimp and save to a ridiculous degree (even walking very long distances to and from work to save gas money), then would periodically blow all the thousands he'd saved within the first hour during gambling trips. This was like a quarterly ritual for the guy.

Anyway, in the company vehicle he and I drove, there was a metal trinket that was kept in the ashtray. Eventually, a notoriously cheap customer complained of some metal pieces in their food. When the material was recovered, it matched the metal bits in the ashtray, which this crazy guy had been driving. He got fired, and that was the last time I ever saw him. Wonder what he's up to now.
