"Check out this selection of television shows for BHM, from an airline."
https://goo.gl/Jg6kVq I tweeted the airline, surprisingly they speedily responded and requested my input for an alternate curated list to present that team.
What--specific to television--shows would be included in your selections for necessary viewing during Black History Month?

I suggested anything from this listing- http://www.pbs.org/black-culture/shows/list/ But also suggested they use original programming, perhaps giving winners of the nation's dozens of topical film festivals a platform--a mutually beneficial effort.
Example: To capture interest in sport and football, instead of promoting the tropes and stereotypes of super-athletic ghetto youth (while the nation is supporting and making an effort to pull their kids out of the sport - recognizing what's now known about future results of head trauma) https://www.starz.com/series/warriorsoflibertycity/episodes/info
Instead showing something like this short documentary from the 2018 circuit, with no distribution and numerous awards - https://vimeo.com/258826223
We'll see if they make any changes. I doubt it. But, American did have that Black travel show, briefly, which Nelson George hosted.
