I think the writing and fighting have improved quite a bit from last season. I'm about halfway through it.
I think I like Ward better than Danny.
It's a trip watching this rich muhfugga basically come into NYC as a gentrifier as it's happening in real time almost.

there's a fight scene btw Danny (colonizer) and Davos,(indigenous) where Danny uses the light of the sun (message) to blind Davos briefly and gain an advantage.
I was like 'got damn if THAT ain't a metaphor for some real $hit'
I'm pretty much onboard with all the netflix marvel stuff.. some is better than others but they are all(have been) an enjoyable binge... folks were harder on iron fist that I thought they needed to be.. to each their own tho.

I think a lot of the backlash kinda stemmed from social shxt. Television has a history of 'whitewashing' and the fangs were out before the first episode dropped.
It's understandable, but sometimes I want my entertainment to be an escape, and I'm not finna overthink shxt at the risk of not enjoying it LOL
