"What would happen if millions of Black Men joined the Police Force?"

What would happen if millions of Black Men applied to join their local Police Forces in a short period of time (4 months)?
And what if it was known that these men are joining with intentions to not to be assimilated into the BLUE WALL BS culture but to actually Serve and Protect, change the narrative, and care about our people because it's not happening any other way.

ATL, DC, Detroit, New Orleans all have police forces that are majority black. A couple of these, including ATL and DC, have blacker forces than the cities they patrol. I don't think that's changed the narrative though.

That could solve the issues or at least a large part. Close the door on both ends regarding the systematic perception of black lives and the treatment of black lives.

Yo already know that 60% would be disqualified off the bat from some made-up technicality. A lot of forces would suddenly have no openings. A lot of black cops wouldn't make it to or through the academy. The ones that do would probably be funneled to set-up type posts, with corrupt black cops as their leader so as soon as they have enough on them they can be like "see? told you they are all criminals"
