I think it's a white dude using the pic to pose as a black person on Twitter. His media is all memes although there's a single pic of an old white dude.

Plus, he keeps trying to reinforce that black people are leaving the Dems in droves to get behind Trump. No black person believes that at all. Only white folks think that's legitimately happening.
