I just binge watched this show and it's up there with the best shows I've ever seen. The story, music, photography, and acting are fucking incredible. Anyone else been watching it?

My cousin is a modestly successful actor and he raves about it. My parents both watched the whole first season and in fact I think my dad watched it twice, which is a very unusual thing for him to do intentionally.

I liked what little I saw but I feel like it's a show that really requires your attention. Very well-made, that's for sure, definitely one of those shows that creates a "feel" in the viewer, like something subtle but palpable. It's based a book, isn't it?

You get really immersed in Camilles emotions and the town. I missed a lot of really small details in the finale that I read about in a recap. Definitely not a show you can watch while scrolling on your phone the whole time.

I liked how they used a different song in the opening credits for every episode.

Yeah it was a book first.

This was perfect as is, Patricia Clarkson absolutely killed it. No pun intended.
