These would look decent with just about everything, so long as the fit is simple:

1) you're adding a pop of color
2) "ugly sneakers" are having kind of a moment right now
3) The purple/orange would be a good accent against dark/black denim, a pair of dickies, some cargos, or some plain ol' chinos. Tan hoodie is a good instinct. This would even be fine with the "midtown uniform": https://www.instagram.com/midtownuniform/?hl=en
