Yelp's response strategy to reviews of businesses recently embroiled in controversy, typically having to do with discrimination or mistreatment by restaurant/establishment staff. There's a disclaimer atop the restaurant's Yelp review page...and then a warning page you have to click past. So, seemingly, their company line is snitch and snitch away...unless it's about discrimination.
