The team/system isn't built for the NCAA tournament. Regular season and conference tournament, yeah. But it's true, it's not a great system for the dance. It comes down to scoring and getting hot in the tournament. Virginia plays the same every game (except last night, they played like shit.) No way on earth they should have lost in the first round, except the other team got hot and couldn't miss a shot, and the hoos were not able to adjust and win. Damn shame. They still the beat team in college basketball this year. This isn't the format for them, though, so they go home early.
