"While we have the gall to pray and pray for 45's downfall"

I say We since I include myself

Something tells me that if he in fact is taken out
either impeached after the midterms (the blue wave is happening and it's going to be catastrophic for R's)
or by Mueller (although I think a smoking gun won't be found against 45, it'll most likely be some Al Capone tax evasion shit)

Either way, 45 cultists pack mad heat and are itching to use it
I'm talking riots, standoffs, hostages in federal buildings, bombings, etc
They'll be quick to get on some McVeigh/Bundy shit stoked by Fox

Are we down with that?

really.

I was listening to NPR on the way in this morning; ICE out here doing 'coordinated' snatching of immmingrant/community activists, sending outspoken persons of color back to their 'shit-hole countries'.

I don't think he's that smart; this is the machine working perfectly for all to see.

i dont wanna hear anything about a return to bipartisanship, re-establishing norms, etc.

i want someone who comes in with the primary intent to hammer republicans into oblivion.

- full doj focus on disassembling white identity groups
- go after dark money donors via sunlight/transparency legislation
- stack courts with far left leaning judges
- new voting rights laws that criminalize various forms of suppression and exponentially increase access to the polls to guarantee high turnout
- legislate evangelical christianity damn near completely out of politics
- full on policy war with fossil fuel companies
- spending bills that shift resources to blue cities/suburbs and starve white rural areas
- bust up police unions the way repubs do other unions
- press/media laws (like the fairness doctrine) that neuter right wing propaganda outlets

i dont care if they end up wrecking the country for a generation economically. i need to see the physical manifestation of my anger sitting in that oval office.

where pence basically acted like donald trump wasnt trump and he blatantly lied for an hour straight about shit we all saw with our own eyes.

instead of calling out the lies...cable news pundits all swooned over his calm presidential demeanor.

if someone like him became president...the media would look right past the extreme far right agenda damaging the country and they would just focus on his levelheadedness and steady hand under fire.

a little bit of pushback on some stuff, but manageable and he (or Ryan, or whoever) would be able to pass off most of this bullshit as respectable and normal republican stuff.

And when popular Democrats do neocon shit? Absolutely ZERO pushback.

So there's a lot of silver lining to putting an ugly face on ugly actions.

But we need real change. And fast.

https://www.democracynow.org/2018/1/18/trump_biographer_on_the_presidents_cognitive

an investigative reporter of the highest level that has reported on him for 30 years and knows him.
excerpt:

"NERMEEN SHAIKH: —that not only can he be potentially impeached, but also that he could face criminal prosecution?

DAVID CAY JOHNSTON: Oh, I think if you’re going to impeach him, you have to do that. The 25th Amendment isn’t going to happen. It doesn’t work, unless Donald suddenly tears his clothes off and says, “The Martians are coming!” And I assure you that Breitbart and Fox News will then say, “We need to run to the basements. The Martians are coming.” Only if the Democrats get control of the House and the Senate will he be impeached. And he will be if that happens.

Here’s the problems you’re going to face. If you’re going to impeach him over the Russians and the—if you go back and carefully read the initial email Rob Goldstone sent to Donald Trump Jr., they were already cooperating with them. It says “as part of our—of Russia’s effort to help you.” That’s not a “Hey, we’d like to help you.” That’s “Here’s the next development.” If you remove Donald Trump because of the Russians, you have to remove Mike Pence, because he’s also the beneficiary of the Russians’ effort to make sure Hillary Clinton didn’t become president. That was their effort, primarily, because they knew that she would push to make him give up—Putin to give up the Crimea and other things. If you remove Mike Pence, as well, then a Democrat, presumably Nancy Pelosi, as speaker of the House, becomes president. There are some who are going to scream, “This is a coup d’état!” So, were that to happen, whoever is speaker, presumably Nancy Pelosi, should say, “I am a caretaker president 'til the end of this term. I will not run for office. I'm certainly going to pursue the policies I think we should pursue, but I will not run for office, and I will not be involved in the campaign whatsoever.” It’s the only honest way to do this.

If Donald isn’t impeached, the Democrats don’t take back the House and the Senate, in 2020 he will be challenged by Republicans. If he loses, “Rigged elections! Rigged elections! It was those people out there rigged the election.” If he wins the primaries and runs again and loses, even if he lost 50 states, you know, did worse than Gene McCarthy did in 1972—not Gene McCarthy, George McGovern, in 1972, he’ll say the same thing: “It was illegitimate!” Just look what he’s saying now: “Hillary Clinton really didn’t win the election.” And Donald Trump, out of office, unless he serves two full terms and leaves office, he will go around the country fomenting violence and revolution. And the reason we know this is, during the campaign, he would point to people and say, “Beat that guy up! I’ll pay your legal bills,” which he was never going to do. Removed from office, unable to acknowledge his own shortcomings, unable to do what—Richard Nixon, at the end of the day, was a patriot who understand he had to resign for the welfare of the country. He’s not Richard Nixon. He will say the government is illegitimate, and make trouble.

That’s why if they’re going to impeach him, they need to have a plan to indict him, convict him and send him to prison. And there are so many crimes Donald Trump has committed. Most successful major criminals never get arrested. Donald Trump is a man who’s twice had trials for income tax fraud, civil. He lost them both. He’s confessed to sales tax fraud. He spent years deeply, deeply entangled—

AMY GOODMAN: Three seconds.

DAVID CAY JOHNSTON: —with a major cocaine trafficker, in ways that make no sense unless they were in business together.

AMY GOODMAN: Well, we’re going to leave it there. David Cay Johnston, Pulitzer Prize-winning investigative reporter, his new book, It’s Even Worse Than You Think: What the Trump Administration Is Doing to America.

I think he means white collar wall street criminals

The only reason Maadoff is in prison is he TURNED HIMSELF IN

when I hear major criminal I think El Chapo type drug kingpins, Balkan war criminals, dudes like that...they all get arrested eventually. Convicted and imprisoned is another matter.

Anyway that's the kind of scenario I'm talking about, 45 and Pence somehow someway are removed and Pelosi as Pres? holy shit

Millions of hardworking honest Americans losing their jobs after committing acts of terrorism and the impact on their communities is a great starting point. This is a great starting ROI for the war on drugs and Sessions' war on woke black people labeling them as black identity extremists. It's going to be hard sweeping away terrorists shooting up schools and government buildings in the name of their chosen President going down on charges.

This hypothetical effectively ends Fox News as we know it because there's only so much heinous actions you can dismiss.

These things live on in history and provides future generations with analysis. This leaves no way back to the center for the Republican party due to sponsoring the ideologies that gave these people inspiration.

WATCH: Trump supporter focus group explodes after regretful voter calls them a ‘cult’
Brad Reed BRAD REED
19 JAN 2018 AT 14:34 ET

GOP strategist Frank Luntz recently held a focus group of Trump voters to commemorate the president’s first year in office — and things quickly got out of hand when one member accused his fellow panelists of being a “cult.”

During the meeting, Luntz asked the voters whether they would vote for Trump again if given the chance. While nearly all members of the Trump focus group said they would happily back the president again in 2020, electrician Paul Allen Kroll said he would not.

Luntz then asked him why — and his response infuriated his fellow Trump voters.

“Because I’m not one of the cult members who thinks everything he does is wonderful,” he explained.

When Luntz asked Kroll to elaborate on what he meant by cult, he didn’t hold back.

“Trump was right,” he said while pointing to other people in the room. “He could literally kill somebody on Fifth Avenue and you would still love him.”

“Hillary already killed people!” shouted a Trump voter in the audience.

Another Trump supporter in the room yelled at Kroll and falsely claimed that the black unemployment rate under Obama was over 50 percent.

Watch the video below.

Nearly one year after President Donald Trump took office, @FrankLuntz asked a group of his voters what they think of his first year and if they would vote for him again.

This is what they told him.

https://www.nytimes.com/2018/01/17/opinion/trump-voters-supporters.html

they had these in lieu of their Opinion page yesterday and they're about as "enlightened" as you'd expect. One thing I thought was interesting was in how while they all seem convinced of how great their president is doing, none of them mention anything forward-thinking, like the environment, science, etc. They really have that cult mentality as has been mentioned many times, but yet they treat their policies as if they're good for the country, without thinking 1ms about why or how. Just like their boy, 0 vision, 0 empathy, 100% crowing about winning and railing on their plethora of enemies (no mention of sharks tho)

Here's the very first one they posted:

Donald Trump has succeeded where Barack Obama failed. The economy is up, foreign tyrants are afraid, ISIS has lost most of its territory, our embassy will be moved to Jerusalem and tax reform is accomplished. More than that, Mr. Trump is learning, adapting and getting savvier every day. Entitlement reform is next! Lastly, the entrenched interests in Washington, which have done nothing but glad-hand one another, and both political parties are angry and afraid.

Who knew that all it would take to make progress was vision, chutzpah and some testosterone?

Exactly

One of them said

"And because of Mr. Trump we have an education secretary who actually cares more about educating children than appeasing teachers union."

They are definitely a cult.
