I went to Queen in Paris at the height of this era and heard an amazing set with Disco records and many of these House tracks that blew my mind. One of the best nights out I've ever had. They mastered the filtered Disco thing for sure.

It's like something I would write. Like a diary entry. To this day I lose my shit when i hear it. The last time I heard it on a dancefloor was at Mighty in SF with David Harness and I damn near cried bc I hadn't heard it on a dancefloor in so long and it sounded so perfect. It is my all time favorite House track.
I picked The Bomb bc of its influence. Pitbull used it in 2009 or whenever and this one time in Vegas a DJ was doing Hip Hop and played the Pitbull record but when the Bomb sample came on he played the fucking 14 minute version and went out of the Pitbull thing. I was with a Chicago crew and we took over the floor. The kids in there didn't know the Bomb and they got their education. They loved it. The DJ saw us and threw a House set after that just for us, I think. We responded by dancing for the whole set. Drew a crowd too. I already loved that record but it saved a boring night in Vegas and gave me new love for it. It has endured.
