Can anyone help out? I was going to just use photoshop, but I know there's software specifically for T-shirt design... Googled some stuff, but was thinking maybe someone on here had personal experience with some software... thanks!

if you are doing something basic a lot of places that will fulfill an order will have a design builder on their site which will allow you to upload an image and text
HOWEVER
if you want to do something really complex then you would maybe might buy a light license to use photoshop and illustrator
