Clearly the man hasn't read what he claims. I'm thinking he's read summaries. Does he have a college degree? If so - where from? I ask bc ppl don't usually read the original texts of the foundational Western Civ canon unless they're made to. And even if read on their own - ppl don't get the guided discussion of the text outside the college setting. If that dude read the shit he didn't discuss it with a class as he went along.
