"What are some good Protein Energy Bars"
we started getting Clif Bars when my wife was pregnant. These joints are good as hell, like a real as meal.

If you're looking for more protein intake and don't mind it in drink form I absolutely love Syntha-6 by BSN. Taste great.
In bar form I stopped messing with the others since they taste like shit. Clif might not have as much protein as the others but the taste is far better.

you mean 'TASTE'?
I fux with Pure Protein, KIND, and Nature Valley. I try to keep it simple: Chocolate, Vanilla, Peanut butter...nunna that fancy shxt with the drizzle on top.
I found them to be an 'acquired taste' anyway..something I just got used to, so I don't REALLY pay attn. when I eat it, unless the mrs. pull some 'look what I found at the discount rack' shxt and comes back with 'german chocolate doo doo flavor'

..i participate in 3-4 century rides from may to october, along with a host of other events and my daily commute. clif bar has everything you need and they taste pretty good.
