/ Sometimes I wonder if I'm a good mother. given that I had my son very early and my mother practically raised him. I question why..if he loves me. For Mother's Day, he bought me seating for my balcony. Carried that shit to the 3rd floor alone. yeah, he loves me but, I still question...why..how.

relationship, due to your age? My grandmother had my father when she was 16 and my father said he and her were alot like siblings, rather than mother and son, since his grandmother had to take the major motherhood type duties in the early days.
I've always been stern. My mother told me "there's things you just don't do with your kids or in front of your kids". it's funny, because now when I fuss at him..he checks me, lol . I respect it.
Once his lady said to me, "he adores you" . It may sound weird because most children love their parents; however, given the circumstance...i wonder if I'm good enough.

sounds like you guys are on good terms which is great.
A lot of my friends and fam have kids who are almost adults and I'm just getting started.
My sisters had kids early so I was scared straight.

Lol. I have rough hands. It's hard because people feel the need to tell me this as if I didn't already know. They always ask do I do hard work. Damn it. It makes me so mad. This random dude working at a gas station asked me that shit on Tuesday. I had taken my son Inside after his MRI to get some juice and when I was giving him the cash and change the cashier took it out my hands and asked if I worked hard. I was like, this isn't the time for that.
Once I was getting my nails done and the chick asked me if I worked on a farm. Fml
