Most schools in your area are required to have a Quality Enhancement Plan. This is the school's documented initiative. I don't know if it's a requirement from SACSCOC. Regardless, almost every school in your area will have one, and have a website that explains their plans. I's suggest you look at the institutions around you (Google "North Carolina QEP", and you will be guaranteed to find something), and see if you get with someone to see if you are a good fit. The fact that you are already working with ECU is always a good look, especially when talking to the other system schools. Especially if you get in the early summer, you may be able to talk to someone and get in before the fall semester. >
