w/the advances in medication AIDS is like...non existent.
if Mia is indeed HIV+ then she's in a pretty good position. if she gets on medz and takes care of her health she'll live a long healthy life. she is very unlikely to progress to AIDS.
plus, if she gets her viral load down to undetectable status there's little chance she'll infect anyone. further, if her partners take Truvada b4 having sex w/her there's basically 0 chance she'll pass on the virus.

My perspective has less to do with them being porn stars and more to do with not knowing them as people. Marriage is forever or it's supposed to be. How are you going to develop the chemistry to know if you'll marry one of these artists off a video?
I think of kids, pregnancies, houses, dogs and car notes when I think of marriage.
