I'm happy when I see artists still utilizing this platform to promote their music. Especially when the result is this level of quality.

Shit I'm not even a Drake fan at all but I give credit where it's due for the phenomenon he started with the "Hotline Bling" video.

There was a time in the Aughts when music videos lost a sense of importance, probably because the production budgets cratered after the music industry bled money.

But I'm noticing more videos that have great production values and are well executed from current artists. Glad to see.
