Every year for my birthday I hit up a new European city, last year it was Rome - the year before it was Barcelona. Before that, Oslo (Norway).

This year I either wanna go to Berlin or Portugal, I've never been to (n)either

I'm sure Berlin is poppin, and maybe April is too early in the spring for Lisboa to be warm already

visited both cities...but not by choice
Lisbon is a more intimate city and has a lot of charm
Berlin is a huge city with lots to do...i prefer Munich though
