"NEW MIX : David Bowie Tribute : Wild is the Wind : Mixed by AllyAl"
Hey GD
Wishing you all a very happy, healthy and prosperous 2017
Been sitting on this mix for a little while, made it for myself when Autumn hit. I always feel melancholy around that time of year and not in a bad way either. With it being the first anniversary of Bowie's passing on the 10th January, and what would've been his 70th Birthday on the 8th I thought it would be an ideal time to share it. It's a 50 year retrospective of some of my favourite melancholic and moody tracks. His voice had such a range of emotions, unmatched by any other rock/ alternative vocalist in my opinion. His talent will be forever greatly missed but at least we still have his music and all the memories connected with it. A mix more for the connoisseur than the casual fan I think, but give it a listen, you never know
