LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- An outburst at Jefferson Mall is going viral.
Apparently, a woman was mad at a Latina woman who was at the register, rather than waiting in line. As you can hear in the video, the clerk briefly tried to calm the woman, but the rant went on for several minutes.
"Go back to wherever the f*** you come from lady," a woman in the video says.
"Just because you come from another country, that don't make you nobody. You're nobody, as far as I'm concerned. Probably on welfare. The taxpayers probably paid for all that stuff." ____________________________________________
The Jefferson Mall posted a statement on Facebook saying they are aware of video shot in a JCPenney. They say they try to be courteous to all guests and do not condone this behavior. The statement says officials plan to "work with JCPenney to identify this woman and once identified, she will be permanently banned from Jefferson Mall, per our Behavioral Code of Conduct."
WDRB has learned that the woman has been identified and is no longer welcome at Jefferson Mall.
You gotta play those situations on a case by case basis. Sometimes it's simply enough to let the person dig a hole for themselves. So instead of a video of two people arguing at a jcpenny, we have this rant that she'll have to answer for forever.

The phrasing of this is a little odd. I assume the lady cut in line based on the statements by old Marge behind her. I have no sympathy for her if that was the impetus for the outburst but it's telling that old Marge went right into the race bit in response.
There's an awful lot that can be said about an asshole who cuts the line but when race is the chosen weapon it just looks like someone who was happy for an opportunity to spit that hate and feel justified.

****I will add the caveat that I’ve seen people do that shit to gratuitous lengths. I doubt there’s enough information to clarify that, but Marge is a bitch if it was just a few items added during checkout.

I'm not defending her racism but I understand how that shit gets to people.
One time I cut in front of a Mexican at McDonalds cause she was chilling hard back by the door with a receipt. Pretty sure she called me a few niggas in Spanish but since I don't know it I shrugged her off.

That's not cutting, and unless they are way over the "12 items or less" then I don't see what the problem is.
Then again, I shop pretty late at night to avoid folks like these in the first place. Nothing makes me Granpa Simpson faster than walking into a store and seeing a long line of folks at the registers looking annoyed.

Call me whatever, but I also try to find the line with the highest % of solo dudes. Dudes don't ask questions, we don't try to argue over prices at the register, we ain't pulling out stacks of coupons or WIC checks, etc.
Same with the ATM and black women. As soon as I see that I just KIM to the next one because I know she'll take her sweet ol' time.
