If you don't like his voice, that's one thing. I don't like Madonna's voice, but after seeing Truth or Dare I realized she can technically sing.

Same w/ Frank. You may not like his voice, but he can sing, arguably well enough for his material.

For every okay/good performance, you
can find 1 or 2 bad ones.
As far as his good ones go tho, my
