With China and Brazil's markets in dissarray over the last few years and o home prices at all time lows due to the crash, foreign nationals were buying investment properties over here.

Means of having a bit of a secured investment.

However, with the markets cratering, and the Trump as president ever likely, will they continue to invest in homes and what will that do to the real estate market?
