It's much harder for women to be pleased, hence why guys are so self conscious about their penis size and stroke game. Women would rather get into a minor car accident than to have bad sex.

For anyone, sex is like food. Some people will eat anything to avoid being hungry, while others will wait, drink water and snack (read this how you choose) until they can have a good meal.

He said that while the testosterone injection amounts increased, so did his libido. He said that pre-transition, he thought about sex several times a day, but with the injections it was ALL the time. Even seemingly nonsexual things would turn him on.
Dunno if it's the testosterone injections or if its just being a man.
