but you've got a group, specifically in NC, that has pushed through bills that are homophobic (denying discrimination claims based on sexuality), bills that are pro-police brutality (cops don't have to hand over body cam videos) and has engaged in racist voter disenfranchisement.
IN ADDITION, its a group that has continually cried wolf about media attacks and persecution.
It's hard to work up sympathy. The idea that the GOP is just a group with just different views on government (conservative economic values) then the Dems, as opposed to an active arm of white supremacy, is getting harder and harder to defend.

In my hometown, we had a mayoral race a decade or so ago in which a white Republican was running against a black Democrat. The white Republican was leading the polls, likely because the Democrat had been Sheriff for a police department that had been accused of corruption.
Shortly before the election, one of the Republican's opponents in the primary came out and endorsed the Democrat-- and his business was subsequently vandalized, spray-painted with racial slurs, etc. "N***ER-LOVER" and the like. Everyone's immediate thought was "oh my god, this is awful!"
It then came out via eyewitness and video surveillance that the vandals who spray-painted all the racial slurs were black... and while no one specific was ever convicted, it seemed pretty clear that this was done by supporters of the Democratic campaign (or parties within the campaign itself), trying desperately to stir up some good will for their candidate. It backfired badly.
Now, I'm not saying that Trump people could have done this for the same reason.... just that this incident has echoes of what went down in my hometown and I obviously wouldn't put it past Trump supporters to do this as an act of desperation to garner some goodwill.

He's saying that Clinton will win AZ).....
Trump has hitched his wagon to the Alt-Right train.....He's is full blown unhinged with no-fucks.....
