Not right away, but if shit doesn't get at least partially resolved in 7-10 days it's always been a wrap sooner rather than later. I can only stay mad a day or two at most.
Edit: I'm talking about the SOs that I live(d) with. The ones that I didn't live with I could go MUCH longer without resolution as I just wouldn't call them and would go on with life.

I've been looking at energyXT and might go ahead and cop, but there's a few things I need to iron out before I pull the trigger.
Might try to find an old Firewire Solo or Firewire 410 interface at some point. The Lexicon Alpha I have is aiight, but I miss my old Solo and might just cop another one by the end of the year off Ebay and maybe an old-school Akai MPD16.
(edit) I've been contemplating copping some old hardware when my money is right. Akai S2000, Emu ESI32 w/Turbo expansion, Roland S550, or Yamaha A3000 sampler, maybe one of those crappy ass "phrase samplers" from Roland, Yamaha, or Akai that came out in the 90's. Re-purchase some of the boards or modules I used to have and maybe a Roland VS2480 or 1680 w/VGA board. ---------------------------

My last setup was a Maschine, Komplete 9, a MOXF and Cubase. I also have Baku in Sonic 2 and SampleTank 3 vst's for certain things
I just liquidated the Maschine, Komplete and MOXF for a Korg Kronos but kept Cubase for sequencing and the other two vst's. Kronos is an embarassment of riches but still lacking in certain areas.
How is the MPC 1000? I'm most likely going to add a hardware sequencer at some point soon. Are you rocking jjos or the stock os?
