How many folks are really undecided right now anyway? I believe that a lot of folks are locked into their candidate and won't be budging. Hillary should crush him on the ins & outs of policy, law, etc. but he's going to score points with his base by, "telling it like it is."

I think Pence will be able to hold his own in the debates. He's pretty dry & boring but he's able to competently hit all the GOP platform points.

I suspect the choice for most of them is between voting for Hillary, voting for one of the candidates not named Trump or staying home (or writing Bernie in).

I hope Hillary can make them see the huge gap in knowledge and temperament between her & Trump during those debates.

Traditionally....the democratic nominee has to veer right after winning the nomination. So if Hillary veers left to satisfy Bernie supporters then she loses the centrist votes. If she follows tradition and veers right (which she probably should if she wants to win) then she further alienates Bernie supporters and risks them staying home.

Hillary is doing the right thing based on the DNC speaker line-up - she's turning out her BASE.
