Gotta have power over the guy/girl to get dick/pussy? Literal power, like they could get fired if they ain't with it? That's lame-as-fuck, and encroaches on lawsuit/criminal charges territory (sexual harassment, etc.)

to spend time out of the office with the assistant like travel, dinner meetings etc. Then, i can understand how the lines could get a lil blurry for him if he has a problem controlling himself.
If its just a regular office gig, then dude needs some counseling.
