Male, white, blacked out sunglasses, and the lifted part. Everything else is somewhat close. The vehicle, while lifted, is an Excursion SUV. He looks to be more in his mid to late 50s but you weren't TOO, too far off regarding the max age you listed. No cap worn. With the arid geography the folks were in, I'd say more out west.
I will say, your description would have definitely fit. We've all seen the douchey actions of those types a grip of times.

Ramona is pretty much The South (tm) for San Dieg-ians. Lots of unincorporated/underdeveloped land. A little cheaper than San Diego. You can see the stars at night. You're only 40 miles away from Downtown San Diego.
Does not surprise me a big that some asshole in a big truck is being a dick. It shows that California isn't just the land of "fruits and nuts" and that only the 20 miles nearest the coast is any different than any part of the country.
