Are they just trying to get that fee? I've had that happen a lot lately. A driver will accept a fare, report three minutes away, then ten minutes later still be three minutes away while going in circles.

Anyone have this problem with Lyft?

I'm going with what works for my life. DC cab drivers for the longest wouldn't mess with credit card payments. So I went to uber. And if uber keeps up with this silliness I'm going to the next thing.
