outside of our very limited spheres of experience.

i'm Black as a motherfucker. i can't tell you w/any certainty whether white ppl differ from city to city b/c i don't have enough experience w/white ppl from city to city to say. yes i know white ppl (*pause*) in multiple cities. yes, they're very different. but the fact that i know a handful or even 2 handfuls of white ppl in a handful of cities doesn't qualify me to speak on white ppl's differences. b/c i'm not in the inner circle of whiteness like that.

which website? who are these ppl?
