Valid criticism is fine. Over arching generalizations about an already marginalized population, produced by some of the same venues that marganilize them, for the consumption of white people, masked by black faces .... is not fine.
A video that states that black generalization is bad, half way into a video about generalizing black people should tell you what you need to know the pretzel logic and quality of this content.

I think the tone of the segment is off. I don't think these are 'questions' that these people don't know an answer for, but more like calls to action and frustration with aspects of Blackness.
The poster that mentioned 'class warfare' and a lack of diversity is among the actors is right and it hurt the impact of the video. It would have been more interesting to hear critiques of men and women who have experienced less privilege throughout their lives than what many of the people in the video have.
