"wht bad behavior r u willing 2 accept from an otherwise good politician?"

for the sake of this post, let's say that the politician does everything you need them to do. they govern well and make the town/city/state/country they're responsible for a better place.

could you live with that person doing any of the following:

*spending gift cards donated for poor kids on themselves

*cheating on their spouse repeatedly

*using illegal drugs

*causing a massive traffic jam to spite a rival

if they were otherwise good politicians, could you accept their bad behavior?

***
I'm tryna be better off, not better than...

cheating is the one I can accept. Rarely does it impact others and it's not really high on my list of fux to give.

but I will never understand how someone steals money from kids, takes food out of poor people mouths or causes gridlock for no damn reason.

fucking a fine person or sexy person? I completely understand how that could happen.

smoking crack? hell nah... you might sell us out for that good white

we all have biases,

yet, considering the poster's question - he/she does everything I want them to do
except ...
the cheating part would bother me the most...

using gift cards - I might
shut down a bridge - I might
cheating tho - I'm convicted

bias might not be the right word tho

a lot of our friends and family members have cheated, will cheat or cheating as we type. 99% of the time we won't know about it and it won't effect our lives.

but stealing tax payer money, fucking up traffic patterns that can impact fire engines and EMT arrivals is some fuckery I can't get with.

seems like you put cheating on spouses above all and I get it, for some people That's the ultimate but let's not act like most of our favorite actors and athletes don't have a few on the books. it really isn't as serious as we try to make it. More than, likely it's because you/we have been cheated on in the past and feel that pain creep in.

have also happened to be cheaters. Please chill with all the name calling. I could look at your viewpoint, and ignorantly assume that you come from a broken home. But is that fair?

In response to the question which behavior would bother me
cheating would. It's a matter of opinion on what causes the most/least harm, so my bad for the name calling.

So what I'm saying is this...
I might spend a few of those gift cards...on lunch
I might get high at a party
I might cause the grid lock because someone pissed me off
cheat on my mate...perhaps! But of all...it's the one that pricks me. I'd think long and hard about it, while I'm not from a broken home - my heart has been broken. Hence the conviction....

again, I apologize

I know the impact it has on a marriage, relationship but we are talking about the people the politician represents.

Has any politician cheating ever had a personal impact on your life?

You are discussing this topic like you are married to the politician.

Wanna smoke the reefer and engage in some extra curricular hanky panky in your free time, GO NUTS. As long as you're doing right by the people who voted for you and you aren't more concerned about keeping ya job/future career, smoke and fuck ya brains out.

The gift card + traffic example I don't ride with though. Corruption ultimately is stealing taxpayer funds for instance..dont know if you can count that as a good politician.

-The Knicks’ coaching search still includes a lone frontrunner, Kurt Rambis, whose qualifications for the position include a strong relationship with Jackson and a willingness to take the job.

Weird sexual fetishes ... Prez likes his wife to doodoo on his chest before a nuclear summit, I don't give a fucks. As long as no kids or non consenting adults are involved.

Drugs, but not like heroine, meth, and pain killers. Pot, maybe a lil coke, some shrooms.

cheating in board games.

Not okay. If a politician cheats at board games then she will do whatever she can get away with - torture, illegal surveillance, going to war without proper approval, etc
