It's not like OKP was once this civil safe space for femininity.

I have to emphasize "subtle" because....when a woman really wants something (to be approached as opposed to flirting), a woman will tend to go in the opposite direction (make a big dramatic display of "presenting herself") so when that "fails", then the woman can say:

"see, I knew it wouldn't work when he didn't approach me first off out of his own interest."


So yeah, if you're real "subtle" with a slight wave and slight smile, that might put some interest there effectively.
