Toronto is supposed to be a nice, safe city with no violent crime!

Even Jane and Finch is nice compared to real ghettos in the United States.

Is Toronto on it's way to a culture of Americanized violence?

I mean i think everyone thinks that mafias everywhere are basically extinct but i think its just not as out there as we think. Its definitely out there to some degree
