If I'm dating a guy or he's a friend or my boss I will pretend he's smarter or knows more even is he's wrong. Like I'm at dinner with friends and they are saying there will most likely be a government shut down soon.

I say no it's not likely because boehner just resigned. They disagree because they don't understand what that means to the political situation. I defer to them because they are male and smart or argumentative isn't a desirable trait in a woman friend.

If a guy who I'm dating tells me babies don't ever sleep through the night until they're 2 or 3, I'll feel sorry for him. But I won't tell him it's a fact that most babies are sleeping through the night at 6mos to a year.

If my boss spells something on a letter I'll type it up or send it out just like that for him, because I'm not expected to be smarter. I have been yelled out for correcting mistakes like your you're.

Basically if you're a woman in most scenarios. That is how you navigate life.

in a ranking/joning/snapping "battle" I heard two things that were winningly-funny because they were so stupid

(both grill related)

1. we were playing questions, like 30 of us, and this dude asked this girl with an extremely pronounced gap between her two front teeth "why you got a canyon in your mouth?"


2. these dudes were on a bus ranking and this girl tried to jump in randomly and was shut down when one of the guys told her to shut up because she has the red string and a chunk of salami between stuck her teeth

extra bonus just cuz i love the story...

2. my boy once was playing video games with this girl he used to bone. she was beating him and talking trash when she decided to clown him for not passing classes. she mentioned several people in the room by name and stated their majors, when she got to him - who had dropped out the previous semester - what HIS major was he without missing a beat said "my d*** in your mouth"

maybe you had to be there, but in the moment and to this day those are all-time legend-makers

sometimes, for sport, it is entertaining to feign ignorance in order to watch someone talk about something they are pretending to, and then you zap them @ the last minute with real, contradictory facts
