the guy's girlfriend was hungover when i picked them up around 8am...she asked if i had a bag and i keep 3 in the back just for these occasions...
she used it and i thought everything was fine.
Then it leaked
she was hanging it out the window (which was disgusting to see in my sideview mirror) then she double bagged it...but not before some got on my brand new fucking upholstery...
i was nice about it...told her i'd clean it after..no worries.
she asked if Uber would give me some money to clean it..i said maybe, if the photo i take of it is clear enough for them to see.
so after i dropped them off, i took the photo and requested a cleaning fee from Uber.
within 30 minutes, i got a response from Uber saying i'd been granted an extra $50 in next week's pay..YES!!!!
here's the kicker: Uber charged it to the rider's card. LOL The guy is gonna be pissed, cuz it was his first ever Uber ride...and it went on his card
so let that be a warning to y'all: you "break" a Uber car, you bought it.

and you know how some bike riders talk shit thinking the car don't stop... well, he stopped, in the middle of the intersection in Old City in a Friday Night...

door. A bicyclist comes by and knocks off the door. The bicyclist bounces. YOu can holla at uber for customer neglect and uber charges the customer. Meanwhile, the customer may not even know he's been charged until after the 48 hour window and therefore can't dispute it properly, per uber.
I mean if i haaaaad to use uber, i'd tie it to my Amex. They always back the customer.

suddenly she's like "it's coming!". I'm like what? She seemed totally fine and knew there were bags back there, but anyway she didn't get her head out the window in time, but was all "it's just a little bit I'll clean it up".
It wasn't though. I was cool and told them not to worry about it then parked and really gave it a good cleaning. Sent the pics and got an email saying I could expect $100 in my next statement. That was 2 - 3 statements ago so Uber is slipping up right now.
