The issue is the Benghazi panel is having trouble grasping that international diplomatic work is inherently dangerous....There's a reason why u rarely see such panels being conducted after such overseas tragedies....Because folks with common sense understand that more than likely a diplomatic compound will get attacked in a country where America is viewed as the enemy....

The real fight the Republicans want to have is about the emails...The trouble with that is they connected Benghazi with her emails so obsessively that they have continually shot themselves in the foot for being so partisan....

He had a financial interest in a private security firm operating in Libya.

The Republican led Benghazi panel continues the whole "You were in charge with keeping ambassador Stevens safe!!!! You should answer for Benghazi's lack of security....!!!!" line.....
The problem with this is that's not the Secretary of State's job. They don't handle security details (The State department has its own department team that makes sure that the Secretary of State and everyone under her have the proper security....)
Essentially, blaming Hillary Clinton for Stevens death would be just as aimless as blaming Obama if (god forbid) something happened to Michelle outside of the White House. The Secret Service protects the First Family....But Obama has little control over their operation....
Same with H. Clinton.....At this point, ol girl's email secrecy is the bigger issue than what happened in Benghazi. But again the Republicans have fucked up that card by being so damn see-through in going after Clinton to kill her Presidential run....
Shit is sad and comical at the same time....

i'd have lost composure and walked out of the hearing, i think.
i watched pieces of the 9th or 10th hour - and she was still very composed and handling them even that deep into the hearing. i was stunned it was still going on - i thought i was watching a re-run. LOL
