it just is
this week presented a whole lot of challenges w/ my health and some interpersonal relationships
i hope that i'm not going to make any bad decisions in the near future

in the interim, i need to catch up on some stuff i've neglected
and keep working on rolling out this podcast

tonight, i teach and hang
tomorrow, a meeting, hopefully a mani-pedi, and spinning a fundraiser
sunday, visiting the parents

things around here are terrible and only getting worse so it was a much needed bright spot. working on some method development and i got it to work on the first try. still need to do some follow up testing but it was a win.

i brought money to spend at lunch time but didn't find what i was looking for.

the bright side is I've been very productive and determined to push through the worst
my bills are paid, my relationship could be a lot worse
I just need everything to flow smoothly at once, that isnt always in my control

Long story, but after arguing with a 34 year veteran of Atlantas police force, the traffic court people found some kind of mistake, and reduced my fine by 300 bucks.

Felt so good about it, I decided to walk from the Garnett Marta station to my job, which is by the North Avenue Marta station.

Then my team got free lunch at Mary Mac's

+ stressful week, esp with this house repair shit. man, i don't know if i want to buy another house again. too much damn work. however, it's evident that we work well as a team. sometimes i'm floored at how we can just look at each other and communicate our thoughts and feelings so clearly.

+ lil man was being a jerk last night but he's been great most of the week. i love the cuddles.

+ got two confirmations for two new shows so i've got to get to work! *cracks the whip*

but some kids need the extra attention.

i don't think i've ever talked to anyone for that length of time in my entire life.
