Couple things off the bat:
1.) Lol @ offering her bourbon.
2.) I'm surprised she's into yoga.
3.) I'm wondering if that's a leather double-breasted dress or a coat she wore over another outfit?
4.) The quote regarding Black lives matter and the futility in attempting to change everyone's hearts was one I wasn't familiar with. It's great to hear her having a focus on policy, but I'm a strong proponent of culture-shaping and don't agree with the quote.
5.) GOTDamn! at the following question (paraphrased): "Do you and your husband ever look back at the legislation you implemented in the 90's and think, 'Damn we fucked this up for Black people,?"

Sometimes I play reruns before bed, to relax. Anyway, the musical bumpers/interstitials, from JG and DW are fantastic. It's produced amazingly well. Your guests are always interesting choices, and the questions you two ask have wonderful perspective. Your Pod is easily atop my list of favorites, enjoyed during the multiple hours of commuting I do weekly.

I wish I could have seen her face when she said "wow we really fucked this up for black people" and the follow up "do you think that answer is a good enough answer for the people in jail?" DAMN TRACY! GET'EM!

I was cooking dinner and heard you talk about your Buzzfeed piece to Thomas Robert ( I think). That little comment about the Clintons apologizing to the Black community for their policies at the end made me laugh outloud. I then checked the Buzzfeed piece itself. Great job. You made Hillary seem personable.

y'all talked about some real shit. didn't attack her, but didn't coddle her. humanized her in a way that i haven't heard before. and point blank asked her if she and bill fucked things up for black people.
this was a pretty dope interview.
if y'all were wack i'd still have bigged you up on some support shit, but this was really, really good.
