"it's tough being an old 'progressive'."

to have these young kids challenge us on our beliefs as if we're on the wrong side of right. when we did so much work in our youth to be on the right side and bring others over to the right side. and we didn't move but suddenly the 'right side' moved and now we're on the 'wrong side' or on the verge of it. when we didn't change but i guess the world changed around us. but the world was supposed to stop changing after we got it right.

it's hard. but i think it's hard b/c we make it so by being resistant to change. which is one of the things against which we used to rail when we were young.

fuck you.

second.....what are some specific things that are wrong in thinking?
younger people seem to have a difference in execution but the root things we want are generally similar

folks stay getting nailed to the wall for any arbitrary, perceived or tatse du jour of transgressions....

and folks saying we don't need Judges or courts to manage our laws to boot....

these people are crazy..

there's no anonymity and barely any obscurity.. if you participate in the online world you might get your whole spot and ish blown up for a split second of stupidity or even miscommunication..

keeping a low profile and staying golden these days is like trying to stay dry swimming in the ocean.

Are you referring to #BlackLivesMatter or women's health issues or polyamorous marriage?
