High Tech sucks for anything other than gaming now-a-days. OKP traffic is limited enough as it is...GD is the optimal place to get a query answered with reasonable quickness and thoroughness.

i'm trying to decide which is the better option....an all in one solution like squarespace, or just registering a domain and working on a site from the ground up....

I primarily just need a web presence, but I want it to be it's own site...not a "subsite" ...ie: www.fluidj.com and not www.fluidj.wordpress.com

I also use sqauarespace for my personal website.

I'm getting ready to open a store and I'm going to use shopify.

my job uses WordPress and woocommerce for their online sales. I don't like it though. it's too buggy for my taste.

my wife used to work for a bus that had online sales and they used magento.

unless you really know what you are doing it's prolly best to go with an all in one ecommerce site.

registering a domain is the easy part tho. lol... you can do that in a few minutes.

TBH the fact that you're even a mod here fits squarely within Jag's narrative of OK-sanctioned aggression, bullying, and toxicity. *shrug*
