I had an ok week
had a good PT session today
I felt better walking out of there
Than I have in two weeks

Made the appt to meet w the other doctor
Surgery is definitely in my future
So I need to accept it and change my mind set
And stop with the doom and gloom

Celebrating a friends birthday tomorrow
And reading and relaxing the rest of the weekend

i haven't enjoyed my job very much recently
I need to enjoy this weekend despite having work on my plate or I might snap

in better news: this weekend marks 365 days of marriage, but we may not have time to celebrate until next weekend maybe

as if next year couldn't get any crazier, i'm going to the UK to install for a show. this is bananas. my schedule is officially FULL for the year. i don't know how i'm going to manage this much traveling esp with kingston.

finally going to meet my good friend's baby. i've actually seen her more times in the last 10 months than i have in a few years but
its always been she was pregnant at the time or she was out for some
grownup time. and then i just haven't had a chance to come check her at her house.
playdate sunday with her friend and the friend's nephew.

my favourite prof last year requested that i be a teaching assistant for his class
im way beyond thrilled
especially because i was hoping to ask him to be on my dissertation committee
i feel this way there is a better chance that he will say yes

there's also a strong possibility that i will be going to the dominican republic for a month
for a study (on the stateless population)
so thats also something to look forward to.
