I havent read the wording in a while. But people with kids who are unvaccinated and already in school have a certain amount of time to vaccinate. They werent just not allowed back in school. I want to say they have almost until next school year.

Did the school confirm that the child who had it was unvaccinated?
I am asking because there is a new strain of pertussis going around that is resistant to the vaccine so others may be at risk even if they got their doses.

but the letter that was sent home did state to go and get your child vaccinated if they are not to avoid it from spreading. So if it was the new strain I am sure they would have said so in the letter. Like RJCC said I live around a lot of white people. Area's like mine seem to have the type of parents that dont vaccinate their kids.
