"would you buy a house without seeing the model?"
Sat Aug-01-15 10:31 AM by Crash Bandacoot

it sounds insane and it's currently happening in DC. this one
builder is selling floor plans without having an actual model.
don't get me wrong, the floor plans are banging, but i need
to see the inside of it first. would you do this? and is it
shady that they are selling floor plans?

Can you see modes of his other work?

I'm assuming it's not a RUN DMC type scenario :
IT'S NOT FUNNY - when you buy a house with all you got
And the day you go to see it it's a vacant lot

If their demand is high enough people will want to get in early

There'was been the odd occasion where someone's had a huge load bearing post in an awkward part of a room but on the whole few cautionary tales.

Then again apartments aren't a huge part of the residential landscape so maybe the worst is yet to come.

Just IMO though.

-The Knicks’ coaching search still includes a lone frontrunner, Kurt Rambis, whose qualifications for the position include a strong relationship with Jackson and a willingness to take the job.

It immediately comes across as buyer beware.
