we always go for venues with a good amount of indoor space because of the potential for rain and because we can't have Wonway fly 3000 miles to have a party rained out. lol.
on our FB page we made it clear early that this month's venue was 100% indoors so we could ensure that people wouldn't have to deal with lines or we wouldn't have to deal with being shut down. it was a huge space and no one had to wait on line (or wait very long if there was a line but i never saw one).
next month's venue isn't set but it will be a similar situation. even when we were at Fresthethic we always held Makossa and there's very little room inside.

we know verboten isn't perfect. drinks were pricey, no outdoors, but the staff was pretty awesome (security was so nice!)
on to the next one. we're basically goldilocks for the summer.
i dragged myself out in the streets yesterday to check out a space someone tipped me off to and it's great. just cross your fingers and hope they fool with us.

Everyone was really friendly and chill. I picked a random guy and started scream singing Bon jovi in his ear and he totally went with it. That's a good party.
Wish we could've gotten there earlier but I still enjoyed it and got some good dancing in.
Brooklyn (Williamsburg) is totally Austin now. That's weird lol
